#100 - Neighborhood Wetlands

11" x 14" Oil on canvas panel
Plein Air

I walked across the street the other day and painted the wetlands in our neighborhood. It was challenging to capture all the different greens and textures. I am looking forward to painting the scene again as the greens begin to turn later in the autumn.

#96 - Shed at the Crossroads

11 x 14 Oil on canvas panel
Plein Air

On Memorial Day weekend I headed out on a beautiful afternoon and set-up near this picturesque old shed. As I was cleaning up the owner stopped by and asked "What the heck are you doing?" He looked even more confused when I told him how much I liked his old shed and showed him my painting.
